Cancellation Policy

By requesting an appointment, you agree to the following: • Only the work included in your approved estimate will be performed. Any changes or additional charges require written approval from both you and our company. • Your appointment is reserved once we confirm the date and arrival window. • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Any late cancellation fee must be stated in your estimate. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by law. • Please provide accurate service information and ensure safe access to a clear work area. An authorized adult must be available. • Children must remain under adult supervision, and pets must be kept away from the work area. • If unexpected conditions are discovered, we will notify you before continuing or adding charges. • Specialized work will be referred to an appropriately licensed professional and is not included in our service. • Payment terms and warranty coverage are as stated in your approved estimate.
